After your Naude Bourn piece is complete, you’ll receive an email with tracking information to follow its journey home to you.

Processing Time:

All pieces are handcrafted to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production. Special requests may extend this window. If you require an expedited timeline, contact our Concierge Team—while we can’t promise, we’ll always try to accommodate. Please note: your chosen shipping method does not shorten production time.

Shipping Details:

All shipping rates are calculated through FedEx, UPS, or DHL and are insured to protect your merchandise. Delays in shipping are not the responsibility of Naude Bourn.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If a package is returned to us due to 2 failed delivery attempts, the purchaser is responsible for any associated costs. Due to the high price point of our product, if an item is lost in transit the customer will receive a credit to the original value of the item. This can only be actioned once our shipping partners complete their investigation to our satisfaction.

All prices shown on the product pages of the naudebourn.com, or quoted by our Concierge Team, are in U.S. Dollars. Naude Bourn reserves the right to update pricing or delivery costs without prior notice. Purchases may be canceled and refunded in cases of pricing errors.
