Charitable Returns

As part of our values-driven approach to ethical luxury, we offer a Charitable Return option. Should you decide to return your piece, we will make a donation in your name to a charity of your choice. This reflects our belief that every transaction can carry forward intentional impact—even beyond the piece itself.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed and shipped quickly. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Naude Bourn e-gift cards are non-returnable and processed immediately.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing, please contact our Concierge Team immediately. All orders are packaged under video surveillance for quality assurance. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot be held responsible for missing items documented on video surveillance.

Manufacturing Defect

In the rare event that your Naude Bourn order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact our Concierge Team within 3 days of delivery to request a replacement. To expedite your request, kindly provide a video and photos of the defect along with a detailed description. Note that packages without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) cannot be processed.

If a defect is confirmed, please return the item in its original packaging with all security tags and documentation. Custom or special orders may require additional time for replacement.

At Naude Bourn, we meticulously inspect and package all items. If a defect claim is filed, we review the relevant details to ensure a fair and thorough resolution.

Re-Sizing & Repairs

If you need to resize a ring or repair a Naude Bourn piece, please contact our Concierge Team with a video, photo, and a detailed description of the issue. Resizing and repairs are available for an additional charge plus shipping & handling. Requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Currently, we only accept shipments from within the United States and are not responsible for items lost in shipping.
