What is your return and exchange policy?

All purchases are a final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items. Please use our sizing guides to determine the best fit or contact our Concierge Team for a personalized experience to ensure the right fit, color, and item(s) are ordered.

How do I cancel an order?

Our goal at Naude Bourn is to process and ship orders quickly. Any cancellations of any orders must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.

Naude Bourn e-gift cards are non-returnable, they are processed immediately.

What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?

If you've received an incorrect item or something is missing from your order, we apologize for any inconvenience. All orders are packaged under video surveillance for quality assurance. Please contact our Concierge Team immediately so we can address the issue. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we cannot be held responsible for missing items documented on video surveillance. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Manufacturing Defect

In the unlikely event that your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact our Concierge Team within 3 days of delivery to request a replacement. To ensure that we can process your request as quickly as possible, attach a video and photos of the defect along with a detailed description of the defect. Packages without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) cannot be accepted.

If Naude Bourn agrees the item has a manufacturing defect, such items must be returned in original undamaged packaging along with any and all security authenticity tags unremoved and include any documentation and/or certificate provided by Naude Bourn. Special orders, custom-sized, and engraved items expect an extended time for a replacement.

Please note: Items undergo diligent quality assurance protocols. Orders are packaged under video surveillance. Data will be reviewed if a manufacturing defect claim is filed.


After your Naude Bourn piece is finished, we'll send you an email with all the necessary tracking information so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.

Processing Time: Naude Bourn items are made to order; each piece crafted exclusively for you. Production time can range anywhere from 4-6 weeks. Special requests may extend production time. If you need your order to be expedited, please contact our Concierge Team and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that the shipping method you choose does not affect the production time of your order.

All shipping rates are calculated through FedEx, UPS, or DHL and are insured to protect your merchandise. Delays in shipping are not the responsibility of Naude Bourn.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If a package is returned to us due to 2 failed delivery attempts, the purchaser is responsible for any associated costs. Due to the high price point of our product, if an item is lost in transit the customer will receive a credit to the original value of the item. This can only be actioned once Naude Bourn is satisfied by the results of the search.

All prices shown on the product pages of the, or quoted by our Concierge Team, are in U.S. Dollars. Naude Bourn reserves the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice.

Purchases made on may be canceled and process refunds due to any pricing errors.

In the event of a return or exchange, domestic taxes, and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Re-Sizing & Repairs

Gifted or purchased the wrong ring size? We've got resizing for that! Or if you damage your Naude Bourn piece, we will be happy to repair it for an additional charge plus shipping & handling. Please contact our Concierge Team with a video, photo, and a detailed description of the item and request for resizing or repair. We will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair. At this time, we can only accept shipments from clients within the United States. Please note that we are not responsible for lost items in shipping.
